Now that I’ve moved from Miami to Lincoln, Neb., eating, drinking, sleeping, blogging in June on the front porch has new meaning. Too hot, humid and buggy to do that in Miami unless you’re on the beach.
After a busy week in a program we created at the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, called Media Innovators in Residence, I’m ready now to go to the weekly farmers’ market and get some fresh fruit and veggies for salads.
